RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our Commitment: We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Print-on-Demand Products: Because all items are custom printed specifically for you after you order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at venty@koolmedz.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We'll review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind. Since items are made to order, we cannot accept returns due to sizing issues or a change of mind. Please review size charts carefully before ordering.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins. After production starts, orders cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at  venty@koolmedz.com if you need to cancel.

Lost Packages. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. Contact us within 30 days, and we'll investigate with the carrier.
