Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States and internationally to over 68 countries worldwide, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and most of Europe. Shipping costs and options are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, US orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.
What is your return and refund policy?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase before production begins.
How do I care for my garments?
To preserve the print quality and fabric of your KoolMedz Living apparel, we recommend machine washing inside out in cold water, tumble drying on low heat, and avoiding bleach or ironing directly on the printed area. Following these steps will keep your pieces looking their best for longer.
